Education and Skills
- Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in law or a related field. 
- Strong organisational, drafting, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively in multicultural environments.

General Professional Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in curriculum design, educational programme assessment, and capacity building in judicial or legal training contexts.

Specific Professional Experience
- Proven expertise in developing curriculum evaluation tools, competency-based frameworks, and engaging with stakeholders in curriculum design.
- Experience with curriculum reform in the legal sector in Southeast Asia is desirable.

Language Requirements
- Excellent command of English (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
- Proficiency in Lao would be considered an asset.
